Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without proper notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following all pre-testing instructions provided by their healthcare provider. Test results will be sent to the ordering physician, and all medical discussions regarding results should be directed to your healthcare provider.
Lab Responsibility
Lab Responsibility: My.Nurse.Buddy, LLC is not responsible for processing or reporting lab results. All testing is handled solely by the receiving laboratory.
